1. To build freelancers to contribute to the national economy
2. Train professionals to create additional earning source and get job at the International market
With a vision of Digital Bangladesh, our country is improving in technology day by day. Like Defence, Education, Culture, Business and Medical, other important sectors are getting involved in using technology for the sake of improvement and efficiency. Hence, a large field for IT specialists has opened up. Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) estimates there are some 15,000 freelancers in Bangladesh doing outsourced work for technology companies across the globe and 500 registered IT outsourcing companies which collectively employ an additional 20,000 workers. Recently, industry experts come up with their assumption that the pool of Bangladeshi fresh graduates is expected to earn $100 million a year by 2020 from freelancing which is 5 times more than they can earn from job. But to be a successful freelancer, you must be very skilled and hard working.
But there are major challenges which must be addressed before the industry can flourish: Gartner gave Bangladesh a “poor” rating in three vital areas – infrastructure, language skills and data, and intellectual property security. And the bitter truth is theoretical knowledge actually is not very helpful in career; we cannot to support solve unemployment problem without having a sufficient number of educational institutions. And the major victims of this issue are our youths.
3DEVs IT Ltd. has come up Digital Bangladesh by contributing on this potential young generation. And our proposed solution is Freelancing!
Freelancing is a profession where people sell their services to several employers to get highest payment. They can choose their work even employers. Freelancers don’t waste their time over employers instead they contribute their time toward improving their skill. Freelancers in Bangladesh today are earning thousands of dollars from the comfort of their own homes.
Not only the freelancers, professional employees and employers can join the courses to improve their skills and develop their career.
Our goal is to build a self-employed confident generation who will never run behind a job but jobs will always run behind them.
